I too still have the potatoes and S&G all though it does sell well at the boot sale (I've only ever done one - enjoyed it though).

I trust your family are well too.

    :A

Mine are all good thanks. DS1 has got a closer relationship with DH now, not seen his bio dad in years.

Used to do boot sales up to 3 years ago, I only go looking and buying these days ;)

Can anyone who has Sky HD tell me if all their channels are working? Apparently my sky sports 1 and sky sports news HD channels haven't been working since yesterday. The normal channels are ok....just the HD ones not working.

Now I don't give a flying fox about the sports channels :D but my OH has the hump about it  I just wondered if everyone's is the same before I have to get on the phone to sky

    TIA
  • Haha yep, im just an eager beaver...lesson learnt...!

You will learn that folk happy to take stuff from you but not want to go themselves. I was handing out carrier bags full of stuff to start with and now frankly regret it.

Now I take some bits to my elderly aunt and thats about it. It takes time and effort to get our deals, and once its gone if you need more you are paying full price.

And yes you are keen !! :)

500 extra CC points when you spend £25 on lego on T direct, might be useful if anyone buying some for crimbo.

I thought it was good - but then saw they are comparing £1.19 vs £1.20, so they are losing money. For a 100% 'free' on an inflated priced 12 pack? The 24s have been much cheaper. 12s go down to a low of 50p, so £1.19 (should be £1.15 for A?) for 12+12 'free' is more expensive than two regular normal 12 packs at the time when they are 50p each. Is there any cashback on the 12 packs? Otherwise, I don't understand why being bought. (I still have plenty of 24 pack from the Avs M's 10p of a while back.)
