Are you looking up each item one by one to see which one is missing or is there a way to export and do lookups in excel which would then flag which ones do not exist on which site?

Really interesting, I haven't used SSO much but will make more of an effort if it helps with trigger finding. As you have said it is often new items to A that haven't been added to msm that trigger, such as, the toothbrushes recently.
In SSO on the left, there is a useful tab "New Special Offers" which you can filter by store and at the top you can choose to filter by when added, ie today, yesterday etc. It is not always up to date, sometimes lags a day behind, but still very handy for highlighting potential discrepancies.0 -
