Bread's bought on whoopsie elsewhere (or in other stores, or the Tiger Baguette in 2s vs M) - the meat (by kg) tends to be more expensive in A than M (or S) and isn't comparable to anywhere on the APG, so it's bought in M or - I've heard it's a lot cheaper to buy meat direct from abattoirs (if, like me, you never get any luck on the T DTD).

It'd be very good indeed (if you're going down the safer, but less money back, trigger route - we want an item in an mbuy *not* to appear on the APG thus forcing the others to compare at full price vs someone else way cheaper price).

On the Albertos though, as it's a 'missing mbuy' on msm situation, it's three items in the offer (all way cheaper at a particular rival) of which at least one of them to be missing the mbuy. All will appear on the APG - with full prices hopefully and not the adjusted mbuy pricing.

Though...you want to know if you can use more than 1 APG voucher against a new shop. The answer's yes, there's no limit (except I wouldn't use more than 10 vouchers unless you want the how many were got per month etc.). From memory, I think it's in the FAQs, rather than the T&Cs.

Rump - I wouldn't really call it 'best' meat - I go for some other meat. I do look in the fresh meat area of M every week - but, as I've said, few appear to be comparable (or else too expensive). The closest I've got this week is the Belly Pork Slices - but they may be by weight but not within the weight range found in M (whatever the APG people find, not me). I've been debating that (among myself) offline and whether it can go onto the M list or not etc. Otherwise, fresh meat etc. may be fixed weight in M but you can't compare that from variable weight in A (or vice versa). That's also a problem on the prepacked fruit (quite apart from the fact that the A Gala Apples pack is now much much smaller and doesn't compare). It's treated non-comparable. Same with the meat under the T&Cs of the T PP (in theory) - fixed weight only to compare to fixed weight and variable to variable (and within the 10% weight range, that bit at least in theory!).

On other times, if A does (very rarely in my experience) have a decent priced meat, I won't risk it on an APG shop - in case it compares to somewhere else much more expensively. Like the loose fruit, msm.co.uk often shows N/A for competitors and you have to switch to the competitor on the site and check to see if in fact they do have a product within 10% weight range - they will likely be linked up to one another on the APG even if these sorts of items aren't linked on msm.

What we are hoping is that if we buy 1 of these and 2 items that show in the 3 for £5 offer on msm we will pay £5 in store but on the apg we hope that 2 of the items will compare full price against a cheaper price at another store.
