Found a couple of bargains in Tops tiles :T the bloke at the till said they'd heavily discounted some of the tiles because they're from 'pilkington' and the company went bust (I'm sure someone knows who they are) and they had loads of tiles (2 different styles) down to 5p and 10p a tile so we bought a sample of one (10p ) to see if the colour suits our kitchen and will pop back tomorrow for more if it does

Dunno if that helps anybody but may be worth checking local tops tiles for bargains? £5 per sq m to me is pretty good :T

Dont think they have gone bust, website looks like it is still trading and nothing in the news on google. They are a big company, based in Manchester. Maybe they are just stopping selling tiles from them?

Yes they had little farty bags when i went this morn, i said have you a decent bag i can use please and she gave me 1 of them.

Yes not a bad day, im totally knackered though and wont be long in bed.
