This happened to me too but I now know where I went wrong...remove the item from the basket when it appears on the right hand side of the page....I was removing it too early when it was on the left hand side. HTH

I've done around 12 orders, all on different H&M accounts involving a different email address each time

I logged into one of the accounts and there are 6 items in there, showing as 2 separate deliveries, discounts all showing and the overall total is 'correct' i.e. 6 x 99p

I think I must have used the same name on all these accounts, be interesting to see what happens

Or you could buy some unsuitable women's clothes and return them and exchange for suitable men's wear

Oh Thanks Zippy. Never thought to look there. Just looked where the pizzas were.
Only went to T's to look for the oxford notebooks for the cinema codes for when daughter goes to uni but there weren't any in my store. I did see a project book and an A4 notebook but they were £3 and someone had ripped the codes off them. Can't understand why as we don't have a cineworld near us, unless they're collecting them for kids at uni. No excuse for stealing them though.
