My last £9.99 one threw up a price check when scanned. It needed the price entering

When I've used APG on ss before, it's just taken the amount off once its been authorised by the SA
thanks for the agreement, mine needed entering as well. so as I said back down the chain of posts. best keep under £9.98 for minimum fuss.

Oh, I could have done with, but refused, a bag in Lidl once but they wanted to charge me 3p. I managed to make do without. Simply remembering to take bags to the store each time - they give us CC/Nectie points for them anyway in the appropriate stores (hopefully that 'incentive' to re-use them will continue).
in lidl and aldi I always get some boxes on the way round. as I don't get big shops in them. its great for putting in car, as contents stays in them. quite often in bags I always get one that spills around the boot.

:D Oh yeah - till dolly wouldn't let me use my PP from today on second shop on the same day (different till so she was observant). Silly rule. I'm sure it would have scanned.

Lad on the first shop where bill was £19-odd, less a £9 PP so £10, which then produced another £9 PP was a bit aghast :D but in a friendly way.

Asked how did I do that?

He looked a bit thick so I said try & remember what I bought but I think I just confused him.

Excellent bit of local knowledge so I think I'll use him tomorrow if he's on duty :beer::beer:

The pp's don't scan in our store until the date on them, one new checkput op was going to let me use it last week but it wouldn't scan yet when I used it in the right dates it them did scan x

A few years ago when I shopped in Aldi for the first and last time, I left all my shopping at the checkout because they expected me to pay for bags. O/H was not happy. :rotfl::rotfl:

Funnily enough i always take hessian bags to aldi and lidl, but forget when i go t's or a's, suppose its habit :D

I exceeded £15 by a few pence once - SA didn't bat an eyelid, just put it through!:)
My 'normal' limit now is £14.90 odd (although often my shops are not much spend in the first place now so the APGs back are a bit smaller - around £5 to £7 I mean, not your usual £1 odd decent-ish womble small). I'm perfectly happy with APGs over £10 - £15 (...and they'll also be gratefully received, if they have the original unmarked receipt attached, if anyone doesn't want them...:rotfl::rotfl:). I'd be happy with a fully good comp. giving a voucher of £30 or £40 or more!:):) (Just that I never spend that much to end up with such a voucher in the first place!)

I almost got refused (well, not quite) once by my SA commenting my voucher was too small:rotfl:. (I pointed out it wasn't that big a shop in the first place that gave it:rotfl::rotfl:.)

What's occurring? There's no way I'm gonna be able to catch up on 5 days of elite! I've missed you all.

Quick question: while I was away working I let an APG expire (expires today) and I'm a bit peeved with myself as its worth £6. Is there anything I can do/any way I can use it?

Can you not pop and use it tonight?

I've never had an exact £9.99 one, but sadly I do seem to be collecting doubles of 7p and 44p vouchers at the mo.:rotfl::rotfl:
At least they can be used together - remember if this were Sains., due to a system limitation you couldn't use two or more vouchers of the exact same value against a single shop.:)
next time we got a good apg glitch, those of us that can calculate expected apg returns, should try and get £9.99 ones to test.
so that counts you out savvy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
you got to agree with me on that aau :)
