its about time one from msl had a read;)
I have told them on many occasions I am a mse user and have many friends that have problems with their msl. they continuously tell me with one hand that its me, the other hand says they know they have a problem.
lets face it peeps if we give up with them who is going to be left.
they need us more than we need them.

Hi TM. Hope you are OK.

The job still sucks but if I make too much of a fuss I have been told they will send me to an office which is an hour away from where I am and I really can't be bothered with the hassle so have decided to keep quiet for now and will keep hunting for other jobs.

I am just going in, keeping my head down and getting on with it. Not going to get too stressed over it. Work won't rule my life. :D

When are we getting to see more of your lovely dishes?

It's only a job Mimi......only part of your life. If you are comfortable keeping your head down and not getting stressed then good:)

    I'm sure they don't deserve you:A

Edit....does that sound right? You deserve better. Does that sound right?

Back on lappy after reinstalling a lot of things, especially coupon printer. ;) Still gets hot like it did do but at least it's not switching itself off anymore. I guess I had too much stuff going on in the background, or a virus of some sort, I do download a lot of films and music. :o Fingers crossed it lasts for a while longer. :T

Laptops overheating is a common problem, basically because it's a tower-type computer packed into a laptop space so there isn't enough room in there to get rid of all the heat generated. Simple tips are to make sure the laptop is well ventilated (particularly underneath) when using, so put it on a flat surface rather than on your lap (and deffo not on a cushion on your lap). If it still overheats, give it good clean with a blast of compressed air in the air vents (you can buy cans of compressed air at Maplin). Or if you're computer-savvy, remove the case for a proper spring-clean. If you're nervous about doing that (and 'cos in a laptop all the parts are crammed in tight so it's easy to mess things up), take it to a good independent computer repair shop and they'll be able to do that for you - should cost £20 max.
    Lots of useful advice here

    Hope this helps:)
