:j woohoo, I put my pair of 'Next' trousers on this morning that have been sat for ages in my wardrobe because I couldn't do the top button up properly and they fit :j
Unfortunately I jumped on the wii fat recently and it told me I've gained 3lb so I now have to lose that all over again (family brithdays and all you can eat buffets ) but I'm so happy I fit back in my old trousers
Even if I flatline and sit just below 14 stone for a while I'll be happy. I think I'd rather let my weight stabilize and then try again rather than crashing down to my target and bouncing right back up to where I started
