Can I just ask has anybody received any H&M orders over the last couple of weeks. I have done several orders and received nothing, but i have been debited numerous 99p from my bank account. I may have to make a phone call......

Don't worry, you will get your orders if they have taken the money, but delivery always takes ages, a lot longer than they state ! I have had a couple from orders I made on 2nd September.

Oral B and Gillette + Glades together didn't work, brushes were picked up so it's either fixed or the combo screwed it up, but I think it's the APG is wrong as i DO NOT have the classic brushes. I have the 123 Shiny Clean with the correctb/c as before.

Looks like a return to A for a refund - Going to return all the non food items and get £11 back and then do the Glades separatly and just forfeit the APG. That way, I've swapped the £11 i paid for this lot in wombles and turned it into hard cash.

    Is that in the T&Cs?

A lot of companies won't consider your order to be a contract until despatch/delivery

    Afternoon all.

Rang Body Shop about my 4 missing Cards today, nice young man said" oh those are the ones from the GLITCH:eek: lots of them didn't even get registered as ordered at our end, so there is no chance you would get them,
I can refund you £10 each on the two orders, or if you prefer can re-order them for you" :) Money please - thank you.

So please check with them if expecting a delivery.

I phoned and got told mine had been dispatched so must have got lost in the post:eek: don't really believe it but they are sending me out another 2. Didn't get an option to have a refund :(

Rooted Nomad - huge hug! Couldn't get to big Tesco yesterday so thought I'd missed my last wine opp til the next one. We now have a Tesco Express near us (4 miles) so I didn't have to work out if worth a 30 mile round trip this time! Hugely useful tip re the signage in Express's muchos gracias :D

Turned cheese pizza into a meat feast today - left over taco meat mixed with chilli oil, some chorizo (needed using up) and 2 slices of bacon chopped with onions. Very yummy ......... Thanks you guys ........:T
