    Communal scream

Main computer frozen again - seems to happen everyday now - so I've taken to doing a restart. Now it says it has 24 updates to do - why? And why not just get on with it in the middle of the night.

So I can vaccum, wash my hair or play on MSE on the ipad while I'm waiting.

    I think I'll play on here ...

    Hi all,

Actually TCB have confirmed that existing members can use the deal for £5 off but they must use this link http://www.topcashback.co.uk/get-reading-with-topcashback/

Limited duration so get in quick. I bought 2 nice just published £10 & £8 hardbacks for the kids (in Warrior Cats series) for Xmas for £10 off - it's OK in the T&Cs for 2 TCB a/cs in 1 household to use the offer but obviously do 2 transactions.

If you can find a £5 book or e-book (NOT incl delivery), you'll get it free. Applies to all book sellers on Amazon, not just the Amazon-sold books. Ie they won't pay towards delivery costs.

    And I'm leaving Cornwall for a Rhine/Danube cruise !

Exciting - does a coach pick you up locally or do you have to do your own ferry crossing.

Its the crossing the channel bit that bothers me, no idea why.

The mods, petty imo, kinda put me off tbh, i'd of happily shared out the homebrew but alas I fear i'll be forced to drink it all myself now.

My neighbour has a large pear tree that is full of fruit :D
Pear cider for 1 coming up :D

Thanks.. i remember visiting that store a while back ;):D[/QUOTE]

Hubby has spent the summer nurturing next doors plums which overhang our garden. He came home the other night to find they had 'pruned' the tree, cutting off all the branches on our side!! Not. Happy.
Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.
  • Do i get more pizzas and store them in the fridge until space has been made! Argh lol, i need to buy something! Maybe the Gillette in Asda as the trigger and 2 more items plus fillers and leave it there!
