    you serious about the alzheimers:A?
Am afraid it is I take the vitamins everyday (when I remember) that you get from Tosco for brain activity , I have spoke with the doctor about it a couple of times and he asks me .....questions such as .....what did you have for breakfast today and I tell him porridge ......because most mornings that is what I have .... its not so much that I can remember having it .....its more so that I know the answer .... I know my son is getting concerned about my memory too , my niece says that at least I can remember that I forget things all the time .... as her hubby forgets and doesn't even remember he forgets ....but its no consolation from having a very sharp brain and memory to someone who needs a don't forget book just to get through daily tasks .....if I turn from one task for a minute ...I cant remember what I was doing and have to back track all the time ...I get quite upset with myself about it as I even loss the don't forget book with all my instructions in .....
