I would ignore the letter. Obviously they are fishing for a debtor, but until and unless they allege some specific debt, there is no point contacting them. And definitely not on a premium rate number, even if it is not you they are after.
If the name is yours and the previous address is right, be prepared for them to start hounding you over a debt. If you phone them now, firstly they can bully you with tactics they would not dare use in a letter - so never phone a debt collector - and secondly, they will almost certainly record your phone number so they can harass you daily from now on.
If the previous address is correct and the name is yours, but you are fairly certain you did not drop a debt at that address, check your credit records, just to be sure no one has tried ID theft on you.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -

Thanks that's kinda what my sister said but I needed to hear from other sources that the info was correct... Thanks for the help xx0 -
I agree with your sister.
Ignore them unless/until they "contact you again in order that we can get the matter resolved."
Also, as advised above, NEVER ring a DCA.
Apart from there being no record of what was said in a phone call, you cannot be certain the letter actually came from Advantis.
According to the Contact link on the Advantis website, the number on the letter ISN'T one of their contact numbers.0
