In your position, I would start spending that cash on things you would normally pay from some account, although it is ironic that you would be doing money laundering to appear clean in a money laundering check.
Also you seem to have laundered £1250 for your friend.You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -

Can someone also please advise if you have to prove stamp duty and fees at the offset? We are both due large payments and have £ in our current flat deposit to cover this but it's not sat in the bank.0
