PRIZES
4.1 One (1) winner will receive the prize. The prize comprises:
3 nights self-catering at the 5-star Coillabus Ecoluxury Lodges for 2 people; return Caledonian MacBrayne ferry travel for one car (up to 5m maximum) and 2 passengers from Kennacraig to either Port Ellen or Port Askaig; a guided RSPB wildlife walk at either The Oa Reserve or Loch Gruinart Reserve and a VIP guided tour of Lagavulin Distillery and a bottle of Lagavulin single malt.
Please note the prize winner must contact Caledonian MacBrayne with details of passenger names and vehicle registration to check availability prior to travel.
4.2 The prize is subject to availability, and must be used in full by 28.02.2014.
4.3 The prize is as stated and is non-transferable, and non refundable. No cash or other alternative is available (in whole or in part), except that in the event of circumstances outside its control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
4.4 The prize does not include any travel insurance, or any other meals or related living expenses. All travel, activities, and accommodation are at the winner’s and travel companion’s risk. Transportation to and from the departure point, taxes, fuel surcharge, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades or any other expenses not specifically listed in these Terms and Conditions are the responsibility of the winner.
4.5 Winner(s) and travel companion(s) must travel together, departing from and returning to the same location at the same time and on the same itinerary. The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over, unless the winner is their parent or legal guardian or has the written permission of their parent or legal guardian. The Promoter is not liable for delays, cancellations or unforeseen events related to any travel arrangements.
