RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Champneys Spa Break’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Friday 6th September to Thursday 12th September 2013 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart Four Counties.
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to Heart.co.uk, register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 12:00 on Friday 6th September and close at 23:59 on Thursday 12th September 2013.
4. The winner will be selected from all the correct entries via random.org.
Eligibility:
5. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and be a UK resident.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Prize:
7. A one night Champneys Midweek Pamper Break for two at Champneys Forest Mere.
8. What's included:

• Arrival 2.00pm
• 1 Nights Accommodation
