The little fellas have just hatched out. Don't kill them. Just put them outside on some leaves and let them live their innocent lives.

Ha Ha. They look like little caterpillars from a butterfly or moth but difficult to see in the pic.

  • i had the same on a bedroom carpet they were moths, i removed them and steam cleaned carpet, i have had none this year, thank goodness
  • They are most definitely moth caterpillars you need either pheromone traps or call in pest control. You will need to have your carpets cleaned if they are wool or natural fibres.

    Lots of info here

  • Thank you Butterfly Brain, I cleared the wardrobe out last night and I'm in the process of washing everything. I don't have carpet in the bedroom. I haven't seen anymore, they all seemed to stem from the cream top (pictured).
So, has a moth laid eggs on the top?
  • Most probably in the whole lot of your clothes you need to wash everything on a hot wash to kill the eggs
