SA302 Combined Self Employed & Employed Income

Does anyone know of a mortgage lender who takes into account both self employed AND employed income (for an individual registered self employed person)? My SA302s show both types of income (as I sometimes do the work as a freelancer but sometimes it has to be taxed at source) but a few mortgage lenders I've approached will only look at the self employed income and not the employed income as well. I gather this is because the employed income is not regular / ongoing. But then again, my view is that the freelance income is not guaranteed either.
Thanks

Not a problem if you work with a self employed specialist mortgage broker. We are doing three case like this currently.I am a Mortgage Broker

Simple answer is yes, but you will require a broker to ascertain the whole situation and place/recommend accordingly.I am a Mortgage Broker
