Good evening, I have successfully got a agreement in principle this evening
.
I am buying my step sisters flat, it's her and my Grandad on the deeds, it's currently mortgaged. My Grandmum is gifting the deposit who is not on the deeds. The property is not a discounted purchase.
Will Nationwide have any issues with the deposit, my Grandmum who is giving the deposit is not named on the deeds & as mentioned above its not a discounted purchase? Just thinking whether the solicitors / nationwide would have a problem?
Thank you.

Can I find out my credit score?
You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)
