Dividends?

Options
Sorry, another question. He is a director of his own limited company. He pays himself a salary of approx £25,000 and between £40-50,000 in dividends. Are these taken into account for CSA?

Yes, dividends are classed as income
  • But only if you apply for a variation on the ground of "income not taken into account". You can do this by calling or ask for a form. You'll need to tell them how much the dividends are and what company pays them.
I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.
