Dependants?

Ex and I have three children, only one of whom is still a dependant. He lives with his new partner and has one child with her and she has a child of her own living there. I am playing with the calculator but not sure what to put in the "children living in other house" part. Should it be none, as none are "ours"; should it be one because only one is "his" or should it be two because there are two other children living there?

Thank you. I thought it probably was but didn't want to assume.0

I am a bit confused by this perhaps I have misunderstood your question. Are you saying that you are trying to calculate the amount you must pay for your son who lives with his partner and there are two children in the family one of which is your sons? If so I doubt that you would be liable to pay child support for him and I doubt that you could count him as a dependent. I'm sorry if I have misunderstood.0

No, the OPMis trying to calculate what her ex should pay her for their son, who lives with the OP. The OPs ex has a new wife/girlfriend who he has a child with, and that wife/girlfriend has another child from previous relationship who also lives with OPs ex and his new wife/girlfriend.
So there are 2 children living with the OPs ex husband (neither of which are the OPs children)0 -
I'm still confused as Ettenna states that there are no children in his/her household, so who is the child support for?0

3 kids. One lives at OP's house that is hers and his.
2 other kids live with him - one his and his partner and one just his partner.
No kid lives with him that is OP's and her Ex's....so 'none' of her children live with him...but he has two other children living their.People don't know what they want until you show them.0
