The Newcastle branch of Sk:n are saying the offer only applies to individual treatments rather than a course of six. Very confusing!

We've been in touch with the press office with a list of your questions and their answers are below. I've updated the original post with the new info. Hope this helps.

1. How much is the cost for the patch test that you must have done before treatment? £25. With regards to the £25 deposit it is important to remember that this is fully refundable if the client chooses not go ahead. The process is 1) a free consultation 2) a test patch, this has a cost of £25 and would take place at the end of the consultation. The client may choose not to go ahead with this though and therefore have their £25 deposit refunded 3) the client may then decide to book paid for treatments following a successful test patch and if treatments are booked following the test patch then the £25 can be redeemed against the treatment.

2. Can you get the same area done twice as part of the 2for1, or is it just different body parts. No it is two different areas, second area free, the treatments are taken at the same time so couldn’t do the same area twice

3. Do you have to have your first treatment done in June to qualify for the offer or can you just have the consultation in June? Taking the consultation in june will now be enough to qualify for the offer but the treatment must be booked immediately after the consultation to qualify for the offer.

4. Apparently Newcastle branch of Sk:n are saying the offer only applies to individual treatments rather than a course of six. Is it valid on a course of six or individual treatments? yes it is valid for packages of six treatments as well as individual treatments

5. Do you have to pay up front for the whole course in June to get the second free? Yes packages always have to be paid in full in advance

The Liverpool clinic say they have checked with their head office who say that in order to qualify for the offer you have to pay in June, and have the first treatment NO LATER THAN JULY (NOT whenever you like).
