Equidebt - Joint admnistrators, overpayment notification

Hello People,

I recently recieved a letter from the joint administrators saying that "Equidebt established a trust arrangement to ensure that monies recieved on or after 1 March 2013 from debtors or former debtors sent for the credit of the company or one of it's clients would be held upon trust by the Company to the extent that those moneies represent an over payment by debtors."

The are requesting I ring them to arrange for method of payment for the balance quoted.

I hm very wary of this as telephone hounding and letters etc are usuually from these people the next think.

Would welcome any advice.
