Hi all,
Would you expect the value of a flat to go up / down / stay the same if the property was listed as opposed to not being listed? Say just as a Grade C listing.

i certainly wouldnt pay more to have the government dictate what could be done to my house but then some others may like it.
dont get me wrong i recently bid (and lost :< )on a 130year old house and like them being old but not needing to use special materials etc.0
