  • I stand corrected /blush will know next time.

I am married and was never asked for any proof but maybe they had it already or hospital gave info. Only I attended and all paperwork was done whilst I was there.

    Well we live and learn.

I think opinions should be judged of by their influences and effects, and if a man holds none that tend to make him less virtuous or more vicious, it may be concluded that he holds none that are dangerous; which I hope is the case with me.

It must differ in cases then, I must be wrong sorry. From my experience, it was when my ex refused pr then then the csa ordered the dna test.

It's the same conclusion, however the actual wording on the document is more akin to the CSA are unable to assume paternity usually by way of the Father's name being on the birth certificate or the couple were not married at the time of birth. For those reasons the CSA cannot assume paternity if either condition is not applicable at the time, so the accused NRP instructs the CSA that they cannot assume paternity and hence the testing is arranged via often Cellmark, I know cos I instructed them to do so for the reasons above and because it's my right to do so (just because she says doesn't mean he do) . Some female PWCs seem to take exception to the DNA tests, but I fear it is because it is not a part of the process they are in charge or control of.
