Hi all,
I was wondering if the mortgage experts out there have any feeling on:
a) What sort of interest rate will lenders offer (based on 5% deposit and government guarantee of 15%)
b) When we might see the deals appear?
I'm aware that it is due to come in on January 1st and am looking ahead to next year!

Similar rates to NewBuy, which is the same scheme but currently restricted to newbuilds.
Have a look at current NewBuy products, around 4.5% IIRC.
