company take over before mortgage finalised

we have just been told our company is getting bought out. we are all getting kept on so no problems there but i'm in the final stages of the mortgage. was told we would be taken over in two weeks time. where do i stand in relation to informing the mortgage company and what will happen if i do/don't inform them

If your employer is under no ownership then makes no difference at the current time. You are better placed to judge the long term impact of the takeover on your personal finances.0

Depending on the circumstances your employment contract should stay as it is or be transferred under TUPE arrangements.
Either way it should not be an issue for the mortgage application.I am a Mortgage Broker
