    Unfortunately she lost

  • She is my friend from my local comping club, she mainly uses another competition site but is a member on here too :)

Oh that's a shame she lost. My baby started screaming so I didn't get to see how she got on.

I've seen quite a few of the familiar faces from various comping groups and forums pop up as contestants on various shows (won £4 grand about ten years ago myself that way too)

How do you apply to be on these shows?
I've been 'in training' for the chase for a few months now using the app, I love knowledge quizzes!.
Actually, might ask my flatmate when I see him... He was on the weakest link a few years ago, but got knocked out in the first round.
What's the tv show with the token machine? I'd love to go on that, I'm yet to get one of their questions wrong!

When I applied for The Chase they were advertising for contestants at the end of the show. Apparently they're looking for contestants for series 7 now - http://www.itv.com/beontv/thechase/
Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none.

Yeah that one! Can't find an application, must be that everyone wants to go on it cause it's ridiculously easy!

Ended up applying for take me out :rotfl:Don't think I'm quite ready for anything as intellectual as The Chase just yet.

I couldn't go on anything like that, as much as I'd love to. As soon as I'm put on the spot, I become an idiot and my mind goes blank!!
