Spam button. Too close to tick button?

Hi all. Does anyone else have the same problem as me whereby I go to tick the post but then end up hitting spam, and then having to unmark spam? I am just wondering if this is causing ops unecessary work and whether it would be benficial to move the spam button elsewhere - say above "display modes"? Maybe I just need to work on my mouse skills though!

I remember doing this too in the early days. But I think after a while the hands learn to go on autopilot re what to click

YES!!!! I only thought that this morning - I accidentally hit spam instead of tick and then had to click "not spam" to reverse it. It's not the first time I've done it either. I think they should be put further apart too but I suppose it's not top of the site admin's priority list really!!!0 -
haven't had a problem with a mouse but I do it a lot if I use the ipad - fingers obviously too wide
couldn't even imagine it with a smaller screen
