Just wondering how people here received mortgage approvals / declinatures. Did you find out by letter, telephone, text, etc? Cheers

Cheers.
Thing is, I recently applied for a mortgage, rang for update yesterday and was told I'd get a call by close of play today and that application is with underwriting. Just wondering if its likely to be good news or not so good news...0 -
nobody will know that until the time comes.
If you have passed the DIP and supplied the required evidence there is no reason for them to decline it - assuming your bank isnt overdrawn half of the month.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
