I have used Resorthoppa several times now in the Canaries. I wish I had coughed up for the Express service to Los Gigantes last time as the outward transfer was very long with many stops. The return however was much faster.
Generally they are reasonably priced and efficient.
A recent improvement to their service means you get a text confirming the return transfer, you don't need to ring the office once it is received.

I've used them a few times and never had a problem. However, be aware that they do outsource to different operators so you won't necessarily be picked up by a Resort Hoppa bus.
Paying for the Express service is a bit of a gamble if you don't know the drop off route. You might be the first hotel on the normal route or you may be the last.0 -
i asked the same thing the other day on this thread
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4756752
some people have advised on there if you want to read them.
also if you do decide to use resorthoppa they have a promotion on at the moment where if you book on your mobile you get 15% off your booking :j0 -
They're usually alright. The agent the generally use in Gran Canaria are known for long queues, and buses waiting for other flights to come in, but hey ho, they're cheap.
Some other options would be:
https://www.alpharooms.com/transfers
https://www.travelrepublic.co.uk/transfers
https://www.shuttledirect.com
grancanaria.shuttlespain.es
Or if you felt like a private transfer wasn't too much more:

A2B have been the owners of Resort Hoppa since the middle of last year...

They still use local agents though.0 -
I've used resorthoppa a few times in Mallorca - and they have been very good. Emails arrive promptly and you can check your return pick up time online. You can even call them if you have questions.
On the contrary, I now stay away from skybluetransfers - used them twice in the past:
1) Tenerife - nobody was aware that we had made a booking so were waiting for people at the airport to quickly organise a transport. This may be quite rare as they also outsource to third parties - which I guess is the norm. However, return transfer was smooth.
2) Used it again to book a maximum 4 stop transfer when we went to Mallorca. They called me the night before we flew (although we had booked over a week prior!) to cancel the booking as they claimed they don't drop off at the hotel I was staying at. They emailed me the cancellation confirmation - to which I booked a private taxi as I had no time to make alternative arrangements. Later on that evening, I received a new email from them confirming a "change of reservation". Apparently, they hadn't cancelled my booking as on the return leg, the same minibus driver that came to collect us on behalf of resorthoppa was also there to collect us on behalf of skybluetransfers! When I returned to the UK, tried to call them - nobody ever rung me back. I then had to raise a chargeback (paid by visa debit) to which I got all my money back. Needless to say, never again!0 -

Don't bet on it. We paid for the express service a couple of months ago (no more than 4 stops) and it took us more than 1 1/2 hours to get to Fanabe.
There is a resort near the airport with a golf course, you fly over it on landing, if they have anyone on your bus staying there god help you.
When you get on the main road from the airport towards Las Americas pray that the driver does not turn off at the first roundabout, as you will have just added an hour to the trip. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0
