I'm not sure if this counts as comp or trial, hence I've posted it here.
Fancy trying a brand new product from the highly-acclaimed Braun CoolTec range? The Telegraph is looking for men to take part in a week-long challenge to test the brand's latest model. Participants will be required to fill in a questionnaire, recording their results and will receive a free product.

Participants will be selected at random from all applications received by the closing date. 4. 25 applicants will be selected to participate in a seven day trial to test the Braun CT2 electric shaver. The participants in the trial will be required to use the shaver every day from September 12 to September 19, 2013. Upon completion of the trial, participants must complete a questionnaire and return it to the address provided by September 23, 2013.
5. Participants agree to The Telegraph and Braun featuring their name and county in publicity connected to the Braun CT2.

There have been several comps posted on here like this, mainly for skincare/haircare/cosmetics but also some for books where you are expected to fill in a questionnaire or review the product. There have also been holidays, trips, and various shows where the winner had to blog about it. I say post it as a comp.0

Think it probably fits in with Competitions Effort or Freebies. Random draw and if you are lucky enough to be chosen it's as good as a prize.0
