Has anyone experienced doing surveys and getting reward for this company called Opiniun research? I earned £25 in amazon vouchers and it took me ages and exchanged my points for them on 20 August. They promised it within 10 to 20 days days sent to my e-mail address. Today I emailed them and they told me that it has been sent to me on the 22 August. I checked my inbox and my spam folder and found no evidence of them. Worried if they never sent them to me and just pretend they did. Any ideas of what to do? Thanks

They only pay by cheque or bank transfer according to their FAQ section.

How will I be paid?

The reward offered for each survey is always included in the survey invitation, usually 50p per survey although for longer surveys we will always aim to increase the incentive for taking part. This money will appear in your Opinium account within 24 hours of survey completion.

Upon reaching £25 you’ll be sent a short payment survey asking how you want to collect the money you’ve earned. We aim to be as flexible as possible offering payment by cheque, bank transfer, or charitable donation and if none of these options suit your personal situation we will always do our best to find an alternate payment method for you.

Once you have claimed your payment, we will always aim to process your payment as quickly as possible with our typical payment time ranging from 7 days or less for bank transfers to around 14 days or less for cheque payments.

How do I claim my payment?

The Opinium payment threshold is £25. Once you have reached this payment threshold you will be sent a short survey asking you how you would like to be paid and collecting the necessary details from you for this to happen. The payment survey is sent out every week (usually towards the start of the week) to all panellists who have passed the payment ‘milestone’. Edit to add - Don't be suprised if you suddenly get an email from them out of the blue as they do monitor this forum and will be able to know who you are from what you have posted here. Fingers crossed it gets sorted out soon.

Once I accumulated £25 they sent me e-mail with the link where they offered: bank transfer, charity donation or Amazon voucher. I was surprised they offered Amazon voucher as it was not in their T&C.

Opinium research wrote to me today saying they will re-send the vouchers today. Just checked my e-mail and they are there. I am glad it sorted.
