Complain to FOS. It's your only option. If longer than 8 weeks since you first contacted Lowell then you can do it now. Fill out the from on the website, send signed for, wait. Can take a few months so also keep on at Lowell telling them you referred them. Also say if not sorted in 14 days they are being reported to OFT.
I have complained to FOS 5 times and had every case upheld. And no I don't work for them
One more on the way for a wrongly default date.:beer:0
