what are my rights in returning a product im unhappy with, but opened

I bought a tablet from argos yesterday, ive been using it since but am very unhappy with its perfomance and its certainly not worth what I paid for it and am feeling as though ive been ripped off really. I know its not argos's fault. Do I have any rights to a refund or exchange at all?

If the tablet isn't 'fit for purpose' then you would want to return it under the Sale of Goods act. Search the website for help with it.

Its a samsung galaxy tab 3, and its quite unresponsive at times, hasnt got some of the favourite features that earlier models had, in fact I cant quite see what the £100 price hike from previous models is for?
It is always cutting out on wifi though I cant be sure if this is the device or my wifi as we have had problems with it recently,.
I would expect a few frustrations with a cheaper tablet but this was £330, really not pleased with it at all and feel like I should of gone with the cheaper option after all.

it could be a fault with the wifi keep dropping but I wouldnt want a replacement if I took it back with this fault, which is what im worried is all they may offer if anything at all?
