Looking for a home multi gym as a beginner
I've managed to acquire used treadmill, cross trainer and rowing machine
But want to tone up a little, legs, arms, body so any recommendations on a multi gym?

Are you male/female?
Have you ever used weights before?
Budget?
these factors will determine what you should buy.0 -
To be honest, depending on the quality of the three items you have already, you probably have enough equipment to " tone up a little, legs, arms, body".
If you want to strengthen and/or build muscle then a bench and a set of dumbells would do the trick, no machine how ever well made or pricey can compare to free weights exercises for results gained. However if you are determined for a multigym then I would suggest either a leverage machine system such as this type http://www.powertecfitness.com/home.aspx or a functional machine such as this type http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/bodycraft-gx-gym.php similar versions of these machines can be found secondhand on the likes of eBay etc for a lot less than those prices.Always get a Qualified opinion - My qualifications are that I am OLD and GRUMPY:p:p0
