who does mortgages for dependent relatives?

We want to remortgage on the house we own which our folks live in. It is already on a dep relatives mortgage but does anyone know who else does such products?

I know I can get a better rate with my current bank but I wanted to know if anyone with experience in mortgages can give another opinion on products out there, especially as it is specifically a dependent relatives mortgage. Any actual advice?0
