Hi Bobbles. You are both "NRP's" now so the Mother should be contributuing too the Grandmother too. I'd get her to open a case against both of you. (From what you say the Mother will not voluntarily pay).I'm never offended by debate & opinions. That on it's own is not enough or you will be in the position we are in!(See my old posts)You must have receipts stating the pwc ACCEPTS the money as Child maintenance.They took 14 months too tell us the pwc asked for case to be looked at and meanwhile we carried on paying her through her bank as we had for many years NONE of which counts!!0
