2 year anniversary present

My OH and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary in July (not married).

We are staying the night in the country hotel we had our first date in (we had lunch there).

Looking for ideas for a really special gift - i want him to know how much i appreciate him.

We have had a lot to deal with in the past 2 years and i really want to celebrate the fact that we have managed to stay together.

Congratulations.
A difficult one, with not knowing his tastes. I bought my husband a canvas print off ebay of a lovely photo of all the family. I had t send them a digital photo.
Maybe a nice watch or something else he could keep.

I know just how you feel. My OH is special too.
Why not show your partner just how appreciative you are by giving him an extra special good time in the privacy of your hotel room. If you know what I mean.;)
Start by sending him a text or email detailing your ...er intimate plans.
Let him know that this is pay back time, big style. This will bring you even closer together and he will rmember it and appreciate it much more than any other gift. You must know by now what he really likes.
I did something similar a couple of years ago and my OH still fantasises about it.. I'm planning the same for our anniversary this year.

Sometimes you can't convey just how you feel with words or a gift.

2nd Anniversary is supposedly cotton or straw?! So wear something cotton and a straw hat? Or find a friendly farmer with a haystack and have a picnic!!!
