Thanks. Back and straight. Lovely hack on Most Handsome and I walked into a field. Now this might not sound much but a year ago I would have had a panic attack at being in an open field on him. We didn't go in far, but, now I've found an open field a short walk from home we will be popping in each time we hack that way and go a little further in each time. Baby steps :)
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!
  • Well done Most Handsome!
  • Welcome back, hope the holiday was enjoyable even if it was expensive.

Well done for walking in the field (having ex racers I know how daunting it is!). It's great when you find opportunities close by like that.

  • Open fields as the stuff of nightmares. Very good idea to exposure yourself slowly. To riding in fields.

And yesterday managed another open field. 8 strides in this time then turned and just stood there. And breath. Fantastic. Go me!

Busy day, but had lunch bought for me by pal which was a treat. Then this evening went running. Have joined a club £19 a month as I think that will give me the motivation to keep running through the winter. Am with the 'rusty runners' group which is really lovely ...started at 3.5 k last week and 4 k this week. Aiming to build to 5 k over the next few weeks then will do 5 k over the winter. Now off to buy a light for dark evenings.

Good idea to do running - working with Most Handsome like that needs a lot of emotional energy, so running as well is a really good compromise.
