Reclaim warranty from PC World

Hi, can anyone help with this? PC World have been taking 7.99 from me for over 3 years. My bank/credit card say that they can only go back 13 months and therefore I am only able to claim for 13 months.

They will help me to claim back this portion, but what about the rest. Is there anything I can do?

Thanks!

What is it for and why do you think you can claim it back. ????

You probably took out insurance for the machine or what ever it is you bought.

There needs to be a lot more detail before anyone can help you.

Looks as though your been paying for their 'Whatever Happens' policy which is offered at the time you purchase.

This is optional, so you cannot claim misselling. As you have been willingly paying it for so long - 3 years - it stretches credibility that you hadn't noticed it.

Contact them and say you wish to cease cover immediately. This will stop further payments, but the whole point of insurance is to provide replacement for loss or theft. You don't get money back simply because there was no claim.
