Nationwide Overpayment

Not sure if this is just limited to me or is a bigger issue but Nationwide haven't taken out my OP, just the capital and interest amount. Currently on hold for 15mins, wonder if something bigger has gone wrong, anyone else not had their overpayment not go out?
