I'm tempted to join in but I'm only here until 17 July then off on hols. Will challenge myself to £500 (if that's ok) in that time - that's £100 a week - with this week nearly over  :rotfl:
Good Luck to all who join in!

Ok, I'm in too. Although I doubt very much I'll even be able to make £300 but if I do I'll be ecstatic!
I think that maybe everyone should have a goal amount rather than £1,000 cos to me that's a fortune, don't know about the rest of you!
So I'm aiming for £300 (if you all don't mind) and anything else will be amazing!!
Thanks for posting this!

I think I'll join in, but I'll have to go for the bronze. I'm relocating in about 8 weeks, so could be a good chance to shift some clutter as well.

Can I join, please?
I'm not usually a 'rise to a challenge' kind of person; more a 'get back under the duvet and it'll all go away' kind, but I feel this challenge is calling to me.
I've got some rent arrears; I have an arrangement to pay, but it would leave me extra every month if I could clear them early. I'm also in a payday loan cycle of hell (I know, I know - I haven't been thinking very clearly for the last few months). £1000 would clear these and put me back on budget.
It's also my birthday just after the challenge finishes - it'd be nice to have achieved something by then.
I'm going to start by really giving this AQA thing a good try. I know some people on here are earning good money, but I've been making a paltry amount. Although, to be honest, I haven't really been very disciplined about working on it.
So, for these two months, I'm going to do some every day and try and get into a routine, and I'm going to cut down my drinking on the off-chance that my few remaining brain cells will rejuvenate and I'll remember some of the answers that I know I used to know.:)

Can I join too.
£1,000 by 31st July 2007 if that's alright as it is easier for me to account in full months.
Ebay, sensible shopping, no driving and sandwiches instead of Chinese's for lunch are my plan!

Ok after seeing thisa grand in two months - thats going to take some doing I think - £125 a week - would like to say yes but know i wouldnt make it
from Oscar, my immiediate feeling too was, yeah me too. It aint gonna happen. then I tohught maybe I was being too negative! Someone has i a chinese proverb in thier sig about mountains being moved by moving small stones and i thought, well better give it a try!
So OH and I agreed last night that we would give this a whirl between us. Bearing in mind I think Im quidco'd out, and we are scraping the barrell a bit with our ebay stock. Well thats what I thought. A conversation last night uncovered a few more things we can flog.
Our direction of attackwill be to
list all books on amazon, gm etc
OH to go through records and list on amazon/ebay
ebay whatever we can
quidco etc.
Do as much 2nd job as I can to raise some cash
properly get to grips with the mystery shopping assignments
sort through the present box and see what can be sold out of that ( think theres a couple of things)
collect all the random pennies lying around
try a bit harder to get focus groups
once and for all get heads round mystery shopping.
me to try and continue comping in the vague hope that Ill win something we can sell.
We're already off the mark with 3.00 credited to my GM account yesterday for a book I have to send today ( she says putting in bag now to take to PO)
I have to go and do some more work for my 2nd job tonight, once this iws sorted thats 30 quid, but this is technically from before the challenge so thoughts as to whther I should include this income?
Tonight, once I get in from doing my work, OH will help with the photos then we are going to sit down with a solid list which we will have as a master copy. OH reckons hed be motivated by some posters around the house too, so we'll try and find something to do those on.
Brian tracy a US business guru says "what are you doing to make money RIGHT NOW?" I like that as a motivator, so that will go on the posters we draw.
All the best of luck for everyone, come on gang LETS MAKE SOME MONEY:T
Lynz&bazeys challenge 3.00:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
