Hi everyone I am looking for some help please we had a roast dinner today and I have some pork and apple left that I would like to turn into Pasty's but not sure how to would anyone know how I could do this please?

I do really simple pasties: buy some flaky pasty (life's too short to make this, it really is), chop up the left overs, get some creme fraiche & season it.
Cut pastry to twice requires size, add filling on one side, fold, crimp pasty & brush with egg or butter or milk.
Bake in oven until pasty is golden.0 -
I make mine using a little left over gravy, not too much just enough to dampen the meat so that it doesn't go dry. I prefer shortcrust pastry and just cut out circles using a saucer, put the filling in one half, fold over, dampen the edges with a little water then crimp and knock up the edges, wash over with some beaten egg and put in the oven 180c until golden.Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
