on the 1SB videos on the home page, I can't get the Just Eat ones to play and credit in IE. Is it just me or is this a common theme?

I wonder why we were asked to state on FB if we were missing points from the other week for survey's when they have STILL not been credited! :mad:

I asked that question on facebook contact to them. I got a reply that it is a problem at the survey compnanies end and they have been asked to investigate the missing credits. I just dont think we are going to get them so have decided if i do a survey and it does not credit straight away, i wont do anymore that day until someone states it has been resolved.
What makes me angry is this is not the first time this has happened according to other people and they cant resolve the tech issue between them and the survey companies??

I'm also missing points from two dailies taken on the 18th. I've logged helpdesk calls, and mentioned it on FB in response to that request - but still nothing. I have been given a) the wait 6 weeks response, b) the company cannot find completion evidence response, c) you have reached your manual credit limit response. I have got screenshot evidence - and have sent it in to them as proof.

So far as I can see SB forwards us via webpage to survey, we complete it, then we are sent back - and at this point it is SB who have the technical fault, surely?

It is very irritating - one of the surveys was a 250 songpeople one so really did take the 40 minutes it said for me - and I do not know if I will ever get anything at the end of a SB survey now ! :mad:

I have this problem with may of the 1SB videos. They play fine in Chrome so I usually stick to that for all SB videos and games.
