what about if you don't have FB ? i might just message support although i was going to message last week but couldn't find the right section on the contact us page to send to.

I don't have FB, although my dad has so did it via his page... lol I tried to contact SB last week, but they fobbed me off with a 'It could take six weeks to credit' crap...
