I contacted them to provide us all an update to when we will get our missing points on facebook today.
Had a response stating if the points had not been credited by monday to message agin and they will investigate why not.
Hope this helps but might also be a good idea to contact them using the main site and facebook as this keeps the heat up on them to credit.

I put 2 tickets in on that day, 1 for a completed that didnt credit, and 1 for the worst survey in history that then white screened at the end,
Had nothing about the good survey yet but did get an email and a one time curtsey 70 SB credit for the white screen.
Hopefully the other 70 will credit by Monday.

In future make sure you take a screenshot. I don't close the confirmation page until I know the swagbucks are in. If they're not in immediately I take a screenshot.

So I can't claim my credit then?! I've only joined last month and that was the first time (18th dec) that day - did not credit me and I think it was just THAT day it didn't credit most of the people who completed survey, after I did maybe ... 3 survey's?

They'll probably still give you it. Just send them a message saying you haven't been paid for a survey on the 18th.

How much do you think you're owed?

If it's only a small amount like 100-150 i'm sure they'll give you it without any problems. Remember 100 is the equivalent of just 50p.

Also, FYI- can't get Radium 1 to work in Firefox but will work in Chrome. And only getting blue box in Chrome, but not loading up. Can't get it at all in Firefox.
