'Which coffee was shown on the mugs?' they asks. Answer even if you didn't watch it says. I just guessed then- no idea how my guess helps them.

Ahh ok, did you get the white screen after submitting that? If so I find the SBs usually arrive within about 6 days or less. IF not, worth raising a ticket and including your screenshot.
