I contacted support about the bonuses and winning streaks not showing correctly, saying that I was aware others were having the same problem and they replied:

Happy December! So sorry for any trouble or concern you have regarding the November bonus.
The November bonus will be awarded by the end of the day on the 5th of December, so just a few more days to go. There is a bit of a bug we are working on to fix the streak badges. But no need to worry you will still be awarded the correct amount.
For the trouble and concern, I added 5 SB to your account.

Hopefully, as they are aware of the problem, it will be OK for us all. Was not expecting the 5sb, but a nice bonus!

Turns out SBTV wasn't limited to 150SB, got 22 rounds out of it!
