Just spend at least 20 minutes answering questions about loyalty cards and debit/credit cards then got DQed coz I don't have an American Express Platinum card....shouldn't that have been the first qualifying question then?! :mad:

I've just had both the same problem and the same reaction. How hard would it have been to ask that at the beginning?:mad:

i just had the same but it was only about 5 mins into the survey thankfully not 20 mins and it was the same question i replied no. i do wonder what information they retain nothing can identify me but you do feel they ask some personal information at times.
