gutted, internet was down yesterday so didnt get target, i had got it all month aswel so not bothering today. on the plus side i now have my debt free badge!!

reached my 420 target so thats 30 days of getting 1st if not second target. is it reset each month or will i still get high second targets ?

Well done! Not sure if anyone will know that yet as this is the first month of the double goal system, so I guess we will just have to wait and see? Though I suspect, it will just keep going on what your previous points have been, as when it started some got lower goals, who had not been on for a while and so had previously low points, whereas others who had been on regularly and getting higher points, got higher goals.
